Dear Rex Marine Summer Rack Service and Dockage boaters:

We are pleased to introduce a new service to save you the lost boating time required for trips to refuel and pump your waste tank.  You may have noticed the new above-ground gasoline tank adjacent to the Rack Storage building- this project was undertaken primarily to offer you the following refueling service.

For do-it-yourself refueling, our Fuel Dock at the Norwalk Cove Marina location remains the best fuel dock in Fairfield County,  offering a friendly, helpful staff, and unbeatable Valvtect marine fuels at a great price.  Plus,  when you identify yourself upon arrival as a Rex Marine Summer Rack Service or Dockage customer, you will receive  5 cents off per gallon, and if you pay by cash you will get an additional 5 cents off per gallon.   We also offer an additional 5 cents/gal. off when purchasing more than 250 gallons at one visit. For self-refueling, the Rex Marine fuel dock at Norwalk Cove Marina remains the best place to go.
We also understand that you might prefer to avoid that trip to the fuel dock:  you, your family and your guests may rather spend their precious time on the water, and not undertake the self-refueling and waste pumping process.  As hard as our well staffed and well trained fuel dock crew works,  self-refueling and waste tank pumping  on weekends and prime boating days takes more time than many boaters care to lose.

So, we now offer a refueling service here at Rex for Rack Storage and dockage customers, Monday through Thursday only.  As a Rex Rack Service and Dockage customer, the price you pay will be 5 cents per gallon less than the posted pump price at our fuel dock.

How to get on board?  Two ways:   Call our Service office  at 831-5234 or email service@rexmarine.com  to become refueling program customer. The service  for Rack Storage customers is $20. per request plus the price of the fuel and is offered 2 ways:  Automatic refueling, or on-demand:                  

• Automatic refueling: This will authorize us to top off your tank as we haul your boat following each use so you always will have a full tank.  
• A 2nd method is ‘on-demand’, where a  minimum  4 hours notice prior to closing , Monday through Thursday,  will allow us to refuel your boat in conjunction with a launch request. For all refueling programs, updated charge card info must be on file and will be used the same day to settle the account.

Dockage customers: On-demand method is $60. per request plus the price of the fuel and is sole method available for Rex Marine dockage customers. Refueling of slip customers takes much more time than the rack service boats being towed with each haul to refueling area. Rex will determine whether to operate or tow the slip-stored boat to the refueling area. Refueling service available Monday through Thursday only.  Same-day requests require a 6 hour lead time AND must be received by 10 am.

Have a waste tank with deck-pump out fitting and would like someone else to pump the waste tank?  For an additional $20.00, in conjunction with refueling, you may add this service to your refueling request.
